Cold weather can be incredibly drying, especially for your hair. And since it’s cold you are less likely to let your hair air dry and more likely to use damaging heat for styling. Many times we change our skincare as the humidity decreases and temperatures drop, but are you changing your hair routine and products, too? You should be! Another change I’ve made is to switch my shampoo and conditioner to HASK products. I was fortunate to try one of their shampoo and conditioner sets beforeand was eager to try another line.
