There are so many amazing holiday dresses available, especially if price isn’t an object! But with all the costs of travel and gift buying I don’t know anyone who has unlimited funds to buy holiday outfits, especially a dress. So I was really excited to find thisfestive red ruffle dress for under $25 at SheIn. To make it even better, it has a modest cut and long sleeves, a huge positive when you live in the Midwest! I love the statement shoulder ruffle. No need for a necklace either! If you are curious about sizing, I sized up 2 sizes to a large. It’s pretty stretchy, but very form fitting.
