Oh hey Pearl! Are you on the pearl train? I have never met an embellishment I don’t like. So of course this pearlcore trend is one I can get behind. Pearls are a truly classic gem that have been known to add a sophisticated touch. However, pearls reimagined as embellishments on sweaters, jackets, headbands, and more really add an eye catching element to an outfit.
Since pearls have an elevated, feminine, classic vibe, I like to mix in other elements for added interest. For example, in this outfit I wore black boots with metal detail add some edge. The denim jacket adds a casual touch, but the pearl embellishments add glam, too. I think that mixing different vibes together in an outfit adds more interest as opposed to keeping an outfit all one-note.
