J Crew had a really great sale earlier this month and I picked up a few items including a pair of white shorts to replace my old ones that were ruined in the wash. I thought the sweater and hat were fun purchases and for a great deal. I can’t wait to wear the hat this fall! The shorts are a perfect length, but I might have to see if I can exchange them for a size down. I just haven’t gotten around to it yet.
Even though August was my birthday month, I didn’t take much time to go shopping. That’s mostly due to the fact that I had no time. Period. Between vacations, interviews, and doing paperwork associated with switching jobs it just didn’t happen. I am hoping to make up for that a bit in September. I need a new pair of black heels and nude heels. A casual fall jacket might be on my wish list as well.
