It’s been busy here lately! I can’t seem to stop with crafting lately. It’s so much fun and satisfying to me. I think I’ve been drawn to it just to give myself some kind of outlet since I can’t leave the house during the day at all due to virtual school. So I’ve done wreathes, seasonal framed decor, repainted the mirror frame in the kitchen, cloth pumpkins, a fleece blanket, and now I’m working on Halloween costumes. I’m not sure if any trick-or-treating with be done, but I can’t let the kids not have costumes! Claire is currently reading Charlotte’s Web and wanted to be Wilbur. She convinced Avie to be Charlotte. So I got them sweatshirts and sweatpants as the base. Avie’s is black and then I will make a felt poncho that will be her web and she will have a bun in her hair that looks like a spider with pipe cleaners. Claire has a pink sweatsuit and I will have a pin on curly tail and eyes and ears on her hood. She will have a pig nose on her mask (her idea). It’s going to be darling! We may just go trick or treating to each room in the house, but it’s better than nothing. All good candy this way! Haha!
