I hope you all had a happy Easter! We just got back on Easter from our spring break trip to Arizona. It was wonderful. I hope to do a recap post next week. We’ve been a few times now and switched it up a bit with a few days at the Grand Canyon.
Speaking of switching it up, I wondered how to describe this pattern on my new Caite and Kyla damask dress. It’s a modern take on a damask pattern, wouldn’t you say? I wore it when we went to church in Arizona last week. The blue, red, and cobalt in the print made me think of the Arizona landscape so I thought it would be a great dress to pack. This damask dress is nice and airy too, so it was perfect as the day began to heat up. I’m not sure if you can tell, but there are ties at the arms, and a tie at the neckline. It’d would be fun to switch up styling by playing up the red or blue in the dress with accessories and layers, but I was on a limited packing allowance. You have to leave room for souvenirs, right? Haha!
Last week’s favorite post was from Kellyann at This Blonde’s Shopping Bag. She shared her New and Noteworthy items.
