When I wore this to work a couple weeks ago, one of my students said I looked like a farmer. The rest of the group agreed. Yep, that’s me! Farmer Laura!

In all reality plaid and gingham isn’t a combination I’ve tried yet. I had to look back at all the ways I’ve worn this shirt just to be sure (see the links all the ways I’ve worn this shirt at the bottom of this one). And I kind of like it! To help counteract the ‘farmer’ effect that my students apparently still noticed I paired my gingham with black jeans instead of a denim on denim look.
What do you think? Too much or just right?
