In the past few months I’ve been buying more and more from amazon and loving it all. It’s so darn convenient and you can’t beat the prices! I wanted to share my thought on sizing and how these pieces look on a real person today since the photos aren’t always accurate or clear. And sometimes you don’t know what you will get in regards to quality and sizing. In case you don’t know, I’m 5’5″ and typically a size small.
I purchased this is a size small, dark orange color. It looks a lot more ‘pumpkin’ in this photo, but it is a burnt orange in person. It’s the same lovely, soft, thick knit fabric as the striped turtleneck. It’s a great length and I really like the large plaid print. It pairs perfectly with leopard print or even a smaller plaid print.
If you only get one of these, I’d recommend this one! I’m wearing a size small in the apricot color. I wouldn’t call it apricot at all, but closer to a camel or tan. The neck is just wide enough to do a slight off the shoulder. I’ve gotten so many compliments on this sweater! It is darling and definitely long enough to wear with leggings. There are quite a few other colors available and some similar styles if this isn’t quite right for you (although I can’t imagine why not)!
Cold shoulder tops aren’t really trending right now, but cut-outs are! This sweater has the fun lantern sleeves we are all currently loving and a fun cut out in the back! I sized up to a medium in this one, too. The only downfall is that it most likely will require a strapless bra.
I ordered this in the light blue color in a size large. So if you are looking for that oversize fit, definitely size up. I’m really happy with the way it fits and like the length. Tie dye is still having a moment and this quarter zip is the perfect way to bring it into your fall wardrobe! It’s under $25 so it is a major deal, too!
This sweatshirt basically describes my life since quarantine began last March. Mom Mode, all day everyday. Yep. Mommies get no breaks, right? Haha! The funny part was that I had to explain what Mom Mode means to my daughter Claire. I ordered a size medium, but probably could have stuck with a size small. I still love it though! No one ever says no to an oversized sweatshirt!
I saw this on Amy Annand ordered it almost immediately! I don’t have nearly enough graphic tees and I love this soft pink one. The colors aren’t accurate on the listing. It’s a soft pink, but looks almost tan online. It also runs oversized so size down or order your typical size if you want to be able to knot it or wear with leggings. Can you picture this with a colorblock cardigan? Wouldn’t that be a super cute combo?
Depending on how you like your tops to fit, you may want to size up in this one. I like oversized sweatshirts so I ordered a size medium and really like it, but it’s still not quite as oversized as in the photo. Every time I just want something super comfortable and casual I reach for this sweatshirt or the Mom Mode one. It looks cute with joggers, too!
Which are your favorites? Which ones do you want to add to your closet?
