This was one of the tops I got from eShakti last month. Yellow is a great summer color and it makes me happy. I was glad to see this top in such a cute print. I was curious to see how it fit though. I figured I would share my thoughts in case anyone else was debating purchasing.
I am not a fan of cap sleeves and I am still not. They just make your arms and shoulders look bigger. The overall fit is boxy and typical of most tunics. Next time I might belt it or tuck it in to see how it looks. Part of the problem is the material. Cotton is a little stiff and hangs away from your body which can make you look bulkier. My other tunic was in a thin, sheer fabric and is a bit more flattering. I might also try and make it sleeveless and take in the sides a bit so it’s a little more of a flattering shape. Overall? Good color and print. Not so good fit and shape.
