You know they say that couples begin to look alike as they get older? What about houses? I seem to be decorating with AND wearing all the buffalo plaid lately! Haha! I switched out some of the bows around the home to buffalo plaid, sewed up a reversible white & red buffalo plaid blanket for the couch and have buffalo plaid pillowcases for the season! Well, now I can’t seem to stop wearing it, too. This super soft and cozy fleece is from Old Ranch Brands-a clothing line started by the same family that owns and operates Aventura. So you know the quality is GOOD! Now, unfortunately since the brand is newer, they aren’t online yet, but they do have a store locater. I have some pajamas and a flannel button up (yes, it’s red buffalo plaid, too) and have been very happy with them. The durability and wearability and washability is right on par with Aventura. And those are the key aspects that keep me coming back! The best part is that this fleece and the flannel are just long enough to cover my bum with leggings. For me it’s more of a warmth thing than a modesty thing-remember I run in leggings all winter long and don’t worry about covering up, but when I’m not running it gets chilly! LOL! So with all this buffalo plaid and sherpa boots I guess you can just call me Lumberjack Laura today!
