- BBQ french bread pizza (BBQ sauce, pulled pork, red onions, cheese, on french bread sliced lengthwise. Bake 350 for 10-15 min until cheese begins to brown

- Maple syrup salmon, serve with cous cous and asparagus

For the last menu planning post I tried 2 new recipes:
The Deconstructed Wonton Soup was so delicious! It had great flavor and was very filling. The girls loved helping to put the wonton wrappers into the soup. Leftovers did not last long at all. I also tried the Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites Bowls. Originally, I planned to put salmon in. However, we had some leftover pork tenderloin from a previous meal. Typically I try to use what is in the fridge first. So I subbed in pork for salmon. This recipe is very versatile and full of flavor. I made it a bit easier and purchased Bang Bang sauce instead of making it. If you are looking for a healthy, light meal-try this!
