I know it’s only Tuesday, but I’m already looking forward to the weekend. Our weekends have been full of birthday parties, soccer games, and lots of school activities. This weekend the kids are off to my parents’ house for ‘cousin camp. This is when the older cousins spend time together with their grandparents and have lots of fun! It also means no need for a babysitter when we go out and some child-free time to get things around the house done.
Since we have had such full weekends, comfortable summer outfits have been on the repeat. Here are some of my recent weekend outfits from Universal Standard.

High Rise Cropped Jeans
Those cool mornings and warm days? These pants have been my solution. The stretch makes them so comfortable for all-day wear. But the cropped style still allows for airflow. These cropped high rise jeans are fitted through the waist, hips, and thigh with a kick flare below the knee that hits just above the ankle. White Straight Leg Denim
Whenever I want to dress a summer outfit up just a touch, I add white denim. It’s so crisp and clean (at least when you first put it on). It makes any other color paired with it stand out even more. So often white denim is sheer and unflattering. Not so with this pair. The Etta Jeans have a true straight fit through the hip and leg.
