Welcome to Menu Planning 3/10-3/23/24! Don’t forget I also I post weekly recipes through the link on my instagram profile.
Over the past 2 weeks, I stuck to tried and true recipes my family loves except for a dessert. This past summer I made quite a few different Crumbl Cookie dupes and I tried the Crumbl Reese’s PB cookies last week. They were nice and moist and had a great peanut butter flavor. The only thing I would change is to add more Reese’s on top. Since I made my cookies smaller I needed more chopped Reese’s PB cups to sprinkle. Very tasty though!

- Lasagna with garlic bread and salad- I don’t make lasagna often, but make a double batch when I do. It’s easy to freeze. I also toss in lots of random vegetables from our fridge about to go bad. Think peppers, spinach, broccoli, tomatoes, zucchini, and carrots. It’s a great way to make a lot of food at once and clear out the fridge!
- Ham Casserole*
- Turkey Lo Mein
- Beef and Guinness Stew*
- Mint Layered Brownies
- 3/17-3/23
- Crispy Gnocchi with Ricotta*
- Ham and Cheese Crustless Quiche
- Crab Cakes
- Cheesy White Bean Tomato Bake -I recommend adding Italian sausage, spinach, onions, finely chopped carrots for bulk, and the entire can of tomato paste. I made this a month and a half ago and my husband is already asking for it again!
- Banoffee Pie
Which of these recipes caught your eye? I’m excited to try out the gnocchi recipe. I love Banoffee pie too. Traditionally it’s an Irish dessert so I always make it this time of year.
