Lately I’ve been focusing on ways to style an item multiple ways. Whenever I purchase items, I try to ask myself how to wear a new item in combination with things already in my closet. The goal is to be able to create at least 3 outfits with the new item. That’s how I know it will be versatile and worn enough. These two Cabi tops practically styled themselves! I paired these TWO with FOUR different bottoms each to show how to switch them up. Whether you end up purchasing these exact tops or not, the goal is to encourage you to think about similar pieces you have and their versatility and potential for wear.
Bitmap Top
The Bitmap Top is an easy-pairing sleeveless blouse featuring hues of black, brown, army green, yellow, and pink. It features a v-neckline and collar with slight peplum style in the back.

You can play up the pink in this print by adding pink accessories, pants, or a top layer the way I did here.

Or you can add some edge to this work-friendly piece by pairing it with leather and black shades.

I like the way this spring green shade brings out the yellow and spring colors in the top.

And finally, a neutral shade of cognac looks great, too. There are many other styling options like denim, white, or even coral that would pair nicely, too.
Tux Ruffle Top
The Tux Ruffle Top is such a great top for a variety of activities. This print is described as a cosmetic, multicolored print with shades of black, mango, and turquoise. This design has a band collar and button-front closure with three ruffles. I have a few tops in this style and really like the feminine feel the ruffles add to it. I find it to be easy to pair with different toppers like a cardigan, blazer, or light jacket.

Although the print of the cabi Tux Ruffle top is described as having shades of turquoise, I actually think it pairs well with olive. I wore it with olive pants for work last week and really like the effect.

Since this print is made with darker colors, it helps to brighten it up by pairing it with white!
Top-c/o Cabi | Skirt | Heels (similar, similar)
When a print is so small, it’s easier to pair the item with pieces from your closet that may be close in shade, but not exact. My rust colored skirt is close enough to ‘mango’ that the print pulls to a rust color. This pairing would work well for fall!
Top-c/o Cabi | Belt | Jeans | Heels (similar, similar) | Hat
And finally, a no brainer is to pair either of these two Cabi tops with denim. Since the Tux Ruffle top works well for the workplace or a night out, I dressed it up with heels and flare denim.
Which of these two Cabi tops is your favorite?
Last week’s favorite post was from Shauna at Lipgloss and Lace. She is wearing such a gorgeous dress. I love the bright colors!
