Walmart Spring & Summer Clothing Review

I’m currently on spring break in Arizona and my mind is on warm weather! I huge load of spring and summer clothing from Walmart recently and it’s all SO good! The prints, textures, and style reminds me of J.Crew or Loft clothing, but way better prices. Let’s check out what I got my Walmart spring and summer clothing review including the sizing and prices and what I’m keeping.

Tank Top with Tie Front, $16

The floral print and tie detail of this darling little top is giving me a bit of a retro vibe. I thought it would be cute we wear under a cardigan or jacket and jeans now. Later in summer it would be cute with shorts or an a-line skirt. I’m wearing a size small and would say it fits TTS.

Tweed Cardigan Sweater, $30

I absolutely loved the bright pink and orange colors in this sweater! Based on the availability, I ordered this one in a size small. If you want to see an XS on me, scroll down to the blue version. I preferred the size small fit so I’d say it fits TTS. The texture and little pockets gives a preppy vibe that reminded me of something you may see from J.Crew.

Gingham Sweater Tee, $22

I have a similar short sleeve sweater in pink gingham from J.Crew Factory from last summer or the summer before I think. So I wanted to see how this one compared. I had to order an XS in this one and it was a little snug for my taste. Since I would have ordered a size small if available, I would say this top fits TTS.

Print Top with Blouson Sleeves, $30

The bold pink and blouson sleeves of this top caught my eye so I added it to my cart. I could see it being a pretty date night top or even pairing with a skirt for work. But the sleeves are larger than I thought. Or at least they feel larger. The top fit TTS, but I couldn’t see myself wearing this much so it ended up going back.

Tiered Midi Dress, $16

This pretty floral dress comes in another floral print and two colors of eyelet. If I didn’t already have so many eyelet dresses, I probably would have kept it, especially since it’s only $16. I’m not sure if you can tell from the photo, but it’s a tiered dress, has small ruffles at the neckline, and buttons down the top. It would be cute for a summer event or even a summer wedding. I’m wearing a size small and it fits TTS.

Ruffle Sleeve Midi Dress, $17

I tried a dress in this floral print in fall. Since I already had similar dresses and I didn’t think the drop waist was as flattering. Since this dress is belted, it accentuates the waist better. And you can’t beat the price either. It’s made of 100% cotton and has a nice weight to it. Not see through at all. And there are pockets! I’m wearing a size small.

Flutter Sleeve Eyelet Dress, $24.98

Last spring I got the same style of dress in a floral print. This eyelet print is really cute. I really wanted the coral color, but it wasn’t in stock in my size. The empire waist is flattering and very comfortable to wear. I like the ruffles at the shoulders, too. It looks like all sizes and colors are in stock at the time I’m writing this. It’s a great summer dress! If I didn’t have a few dresses in this style, I would definitely consider keeping it. It’s fully lined and fits TTS.

Gingham Shorts, $12.98

Aren’t these drawstring shorts so darling? They are so comfortable and look great with a simple tee or you could have some fun and pair them with eyelet or lace. I am wearing a size small and they fit perfectly. There are three other shades. I’m thinking about getting the pink shade now they are in stock! I have a pair of blue gingham shorts so I ended up returning these, but may get the pink ones.

Tweed Cardigan Sweater, $30 & Tweed Skirt, $22

I love this set! It’s so darling in all of the colors. It looks like many other people liked it too since so many of the sizes are sold out. I snagged this cardigan in an XS and the skirt in a small. The skirt is TTS and super comfortable and stretchy. The sweater was just a bit too small for my liking so I kept the pink and orange version above.
