It’s been a few years since I noticed Walmart was starting to step up their game in the clothing department. I even mentioned this in a post back in 2018. Believe me, there weren’t dozens of bloggers collaborating with Walmart sharing their Walmart hauls and styling back then!
Obviously many people are taking note of cute Walmart finds now. Because their products are getting better and better! I’ve done Shein hauls on the blog and instagram before. This time around I’d like to review the quality and style of my Walmart haul with Shein. Let’s delve in and see what I got!
Flutter Sleeve Dress- $13
This dress is darling! I really like the ruffles. The material is polyester so similar to Shein. But it had pockets which many Shein dresses do not. I love the style, just not the print.
Verdict-returned because I didn’t like the color
Flutter Sleeve Tank- $18.98
This is another 100% cotton piece. I actually loved it, but I have so many similar tops, I didn’t keep it. The contrasting sleeves were so cute though.

Puff Sleeve Sweater- $5
For only $5, I had to try this! I wish other colors were available, because it’s super cute. I really liked the length and puff sleeves. The red is very bright, almost orangey red.

Printed Flutter Sleeve Dress- $4
Yes this dress is actually on sale for $4. I loved this fit more than the tiered dresses and find it to be more flattering. It’s made of a poly cotton blend and super, super soft. And it has pockets and a flattering v-neck. I wanted the pink SO much, but it was sold out.

Tiered Dress- $14.98
This dress is made of 100% cotton with pockets! I loved how soft it was, but just wish I could have gotten it in pink.

Green Flutter Sleeve Dress- $13
This dress is the same as the striped one above, but in a different print. I kept this one because I liked the print much more.

Sleeveless Midi Dress- $13
This dress is described as knee length. I’m 5’5″ guys. This is a midi dress- not knee length! It’s cute, and I like the colors (and it has pockets), but I don’t have the height or body type to pull this off.

Puff Sleeve Top- $7
This is currently on sale. While the shape of this makes me look like a giant blueberry, I do think there are redeeming aspects. It was lined, which speaks to a thoughtful construction, and has a cute tie at the back.

This top is on sale now. I bought it at $17, but it’s listed at $7 now. Honestly, in some angles it looks fine. But it is truly enormous. It’s a cute top and has potential, but I need about 3 sizes smaller! I also didn’t want to iron/steam it because it seems like it would get wrinkly fast.

Overall
While I returned the majority of my purchases of this Walmart haul, I am still impressed with the value and selection of the clothing. There were cute, trendy pieces for a great price. And details of the clothing like ties, lining, and pockets made me feel they are better quality compared to Shein. The fit runs a bit big. The Time & Tru line seemed better to me. The Scoop items kind of missed the mark in regards to fit and style. If you shop Walmart for clothing, you have to do it online. In store is very hit or miss and there is far better selection and sizing available.
