It’s happening! We are getting some work started on our home-today! But that means I’m balancing my kids’ break and my last few work days with demo in my home. It’s time to go with the FLOW! Or for the sake of today’s outfit, FLOral. Our kitchen is now off limits. We are getting a new tile floor. So all of the cabinets, stove, and oven are covered in plastic sheeting. And thank goodness because we have hated the bright white 90s style tile that shows every crumb from the day we moved in. It’s going to look so good!
Since many times layering is out of the question for summer, I decided to share some tips to add interest to your outfit. The first way is with color. I used color in the embroidery and accessories. Embroidery and texture are also ways to add visual appeal like this embroidered top from Caite and Kyla. And never forget about patterns and print like gingham. Mixing these details together can create a very purposeful and put together outfit.
Last week’s favorite post was from Tilden at To Be Bright with a Life Lately post on what she has been up to this past spring.
