This was incredibly easy to make and smells so much better than a store bought one. I’m so glad I know exactly what is in this, too. I’m looking forward to trying it after a shower or bath.
Fresh Natural Deodorant
I really enjoyed making this easy deodorant recipe with Claire. It gave us the wonderful opportunity to start a conversation on using deodorant and personal hygiene. She has been curious about some of the products I use and this was a nice introduction. I even gave her the deodorant we made if she wants to start using it sometimes. Knowing it is natural makes me feel very comfortable with her using it. Claire enjoyed going off recipe and selecting 2 different essential oils to use to really personalize it.
Joy Solid Perfume
I’m so glad this recipe was included in the Simply Earth January box! There was a perfect size container for it I had saved from a few months ago. Solid perfume is really nice for traveling or keeping in your purse because you know it won’t leak. This has a lovely, uplifting scent. I added a few extra drops of the Citrus Burst because I absolutely love that smell and it came out perfectly!
Winter Contentment Roll-On & Armpit Detox Mask
The box also contains two additional recipes to make an armpit detox mask that can also be used to help clean acne-prone or oily skin and a roll-on to support feelings of happiness and satisfaction.
