I know we have all been thinking about immunity for the past year and a half in the face of the pandemic, but it’s still important to remember. Cold and flu season are upon us so in addition to Covid, we still should be careful and taking measures to help us stay healthy. Aveline played my helper in making all of the recipes in this box. Sore back after raking leaves? Or maybe you were up to something else and your muscles are not having it! This massage oil was surprisingly easy to make and just what I need after a long run to help my muscles recuperate.
Menthol Shower Steamers
My kids absolutely love shower bombs, bath bombs, bath salts, shower steamers…anything to do with bath time. Avie and I make a double batch. She thought to add some decorative mint leaves as well. They’ve already used a couple during their recent showers and loved them! They are fragrant, but not overpowering.
