Oh goodness, it’s been a week! Monday there was no school so we tried to go sledding. Since Aveline can be a little impulsive, we just went to a smaller slope nearby that is next to the bike path and far from the road. There are better sledding hills, but I wanted a place that wasn’t going to be crowded and nothing too steep. I wanted Aveline to be able to walk up herself and go down. She can be super independent so this little hill was perfect. And we were the only ones there. After 2 hours of sledding, she took a great nap! Haha! Of course that means I was totally exhausted as well. Claire had her second first day of school this week, too. She is now able to go back to school 2 days a week for 2.5 hours a day. The rest of the time is independent or via zoom. Now poor Aveline feels the need to put on her backpack when we walk Claire to and from school. Poor thing misses her preschool, too!
And have you noticed the new blog look?! I switched blogging platforms so this week has been a learning curve for me. I still have some tweaks to make and things to learn, but please bear with me as I get it down pat. I have used blogger for almost 8 (!) years so this is one old dog attempting to learn some new tricks here. LOL! I hope you are all having a great week!
