My husband’s and my birthdays are this week and we were able to celebrate with my in-laws this past weekend. We had a busy, but fun-filled weekend at Zoo a la Carte which is a fun event our zoo has every August. Local restaurants set up tents and serve different foods all around the zoo with entertainment each night. Very fun if you are ever in Milwaukee then. Saturday night we went to Irish fest. Our daughter is a huge fan of all things Irish right now, especially The High Kings. They were supposed to play earlier Saturday evening, but the schedule online was wrong or changed and they didn’t go on until after 10pm. How do you explain that change of plans to a 3 year old? We got to see a different band, but not cool Irish Fest organizers, not cool!
I am hoping to be able to celebrate with my husband and have a date night soon. This gorgeous blush top from Makemechic arrived last week.
