Irresistible Me Curling Wand Review

In summer I feel like my hair styles are so limited. With the high humidity straight hair is out of the question (if I want to last for more than 10 minutes outside anyway). So, I can either let my hair go natural in its curly state, or I can pull it up in a bun. That’s it. Now that the humidity is decreasing I am looking forward to actually getting to do my hair!

Typically I use my straightener to straighten and curl my hair. I actually threw out my curling iron over a year ago because it wouldn’t stay curled. I would have to use my straightener on the top half of my hair for the frizz and wave then the curling iron on the bottom half. Too complicated.

I had heard really good things about a curling wand, but I wasn’t sure what to buy. I like tools that are versatile, too. I tested it out on very high humidity days and the curls stayed for over 48 hours.

I didn’t have to use a straightener at all. The barrel of the curling wand was enough to reduce the frizz, but not take away my natural volume. And I love the result! It takes the same amount of time as straightening my hair and adds another hairstyle to my repertoire (well actually 8 hairstyles if you count all the different types of curls)! I love the versatility, fast heating, auto shut off, and especially the tourlamine technology to protect my hair! If you are in the market for a new curling wand, I would highly recommend the Sapphire 8 in 1!
