Do you ever buy something and not realize its true worth until later on? That is what this moto jacket is. I had a sweatshirt material moto jacket that I liked, but wasn’t that warm. When I spotted this one on thredUP for a steal (real leather and under $40!) I decided to try it out. Needless to say it has been on repeat since I got it. The structure allows me to wear it as an outerwear layer or even as a part of my outfit as I did on this day when work was feeling a little chilly.

This was even the coat I took on my trip recently. Leather has the great quality of not being too bulky, but providing a nice layer of warmth the way a faux leather can’t do. It makes a stylish, fitted layer and went well with all my outfits. With a scarf, I was perfectly comfortable throughout the vacation. Even this spring it’s been a little workhorse for me in the mornings and evenings or whenever the high decides to be below 55!
