What’s a girl to do when there is a blizzard outside and she wants to go shopping?
Option A: Have her husband drive her to the mall.
Option B: Shop online. Duh.
Option C: Disregard her safety and budget and do option A and B. After all, she just had her budget replenished at the start of the month.

Clearly option C was my best bet. It only took us 30 minutes to drive the 5 miles to the mall since the on ramp was not plowed yet. Lo and behold, capitalism waits for no one and the stores were open. Thank goodness they were because we needed a break from that driving! I found some potential black boots to replace my extremely worn ones (last seen here) at DSW. I’m not totally sold though. I really like these from Macy’s. I really like the combination of suede and leather and sleek look. I scored a couple items including a pair of Pixie pants from Old Navy for $6 and a red cable knit sweater for $8 with my super cash. Then I came home and purchased a few items from ThredUp. I could be on that site for hours (and I actually have). There are so many great items and the prices are amazing! If you’ve never shopped there you can use my referral link for $10 off your first purchase. Hope your weather is better than ours!
See how else I’ve worn my gingham here, here, here, and here.
