This has been the summer of sunglasses for me. Matt got me some of the trendy mirrored Ray Bans earlier this summer. After over 2 years of the same prescription pair from Coach it was a fun option! Then with me switching jobs we had some extra flex spending money to spend over Labor Day weekend. So how else to ‘get rid’ of money than to stop in to an optometrist and get some eyeglasses and sunglasses?! We still need to get prescription lenses in them (with no appointment and no up-to-date prescription we couldn’t get lenses yet). It was fun not to stress over the selection of frames (even though I did) and get some out of my comfort zone. I even ended up getting some men’s frames for my actual glasses and I can’t wait to wear them…sometime in the next few months when I have a chance to get an eye exam! I’ve never been a big sunglasses person, but I might be one now! It’s fun to have options. Have you been loving any of the sunglasses trends lately?
