I was listening to the radio on the way to/from dropping Claire off at her latest summer camp. Everyone has been complaining about the heatwave with temps in the 90s last week and this week. Yeah it’s hot, especially with the humidity we get, but really I think I remember the radio announcer saying there have only been about 65 days with actual temps over 100 since the 1800s when they first began. That’s really not too bad. Nevertheless, it’s still warmer than I am used to! So light colors and sleeveless tops are what I’ve been turning towards. I loved the pastel trend when it was big back when I was in high school and I’m excited to see more of these soft colors back again.
