Just last week I went through all my dresses and tried them on. I ended up putting about 14 in the donation pile. There are so many reasons to buy a dress; weddings, holiday parties, date nights, work, casual wear… It is perfectly normal to go a few years in between wears, especially with those special occasion dresses. Well my proportions have changed and my tastes have changed over the years. Trying on all of my dresses reminded me of that. It felt good to purge a bit. And another bonus is it made room for this beauty. I saw it on SheIn and the gorgeous embroidery really drew me in. So often I choose ‘safe’ dresses. Like those in darker colors or more classic silhouettes. But this dress has pizzaz!
