I got this skirt almost exactly a year ago (post here) and wore it with a black sweater. This time I wanted to switch it up with a print! This floral velvet blouse from PinkBlush is perfect. The muted colors in the print pair so well with soft pink and other neutrals. It’s a great length that could be worn as a tunic, too. Lately I’ve been a big fan of the velvet trend so this top really caught my eye. I’ve seen so many velvet tops in a variety of colors, but not many in prints. As a short sleeve top I added a moto jacket for some warmth and an edgy vibe. The muted colors can work now and into spring by switching it up with accessories and heels instead of booties. I love versatile pieces like this!
Last week’s most popular post was from Lina at Sew Historically and her Edwardian Plaid Wool Skirt. I am always impressed when people make clothing themselves!
