For those of you in the US, did you have a nice Memorial Day weekend? We’ve been buckling down on house projects lately. This weekend included painting and installing a closet system in our guest (soon to be daughter’s) bedroom, patio remodel, and so much weeding. I am seriously sleeping well at night because I am exhausted! Next weekend we are hoping to get the last of our mulch done (combined with the mulch we’ve already done it will be 26 cubic yards total). Craziness. But our yard has never looked better! Hopefully this means less maintenance throughout the rest of the summer. We have certainly been enjoying our updated patio already with lunches and dinners!
These leather leggings are one of my recent thredUp purchases. Maternity pants that fit aren’t exactly easy to find, but these leggings are so comfortable! I worn them a few times already and was trying to figure out how to make them work in warmer weather. They are pretty lightweight anyway, but leather doesn’t exactly make you think, ‘summer.’ But pairing them with a flowy tunic, taupe sandals, and bright accessories makes an outfit that can work in summer! Bright colors and lightweight fabric summerizes leather enough that it works! I already have another casual outfit with these leggings to show you!
