I picked up the top, pants, and earrings while visiting my in-laws in Arizona over Easter. My mother-in-law took me to a fun boutique in the area and there were so many cute things, I had to splurge on a fun new outfit! I’ve since worn these pants out to dinner and to a baby shower for a friend. They aren’t something I would typically wear, but sometimes it is empowering to branch out a bit. I am hoping with the stretchy waistband I will be able to wear them a bit longer, too. Taking little risks like that actually makes me feel confident in my clothes because I am proud of myself for taking that risk. Not so long ago I wouldn’t have even had the guts to try these on! What gives you confidence when trying new styles?
