I mentioned yesterday that I have anew found love for peplum and I couldn’t stop at one top. This blue striped one is right up my alley and for only $10 you honestly can’t beat the price. When warmer weather finally decides to come around, you better be sure it will be on constant rotation! I am looking forward to pairing it with skirts and shorts.
