Plaid Vest and Graphic Tee

It’s a little past due, but I couldn’t resist sharing this casual holiday outfit. I love the festivity of the holidays, but try to avoid the in-your-face Christmas attire. This striped graphic teefrom Newchic was perfect and at a great price. The super soft material certainly didn’t hurt either! If you are looking for something cute for next year you should snatch it up because I am not sure it will be around! I have paired this vest with stripes in the past and the tee needed a little extra color so adding it as a layer was a no-brainer. With all the ice, snow, and slush around currently my Hunters and Sperry duckboots have been on frequent rotation. I love how warm the fleece liners are! And the fact that my Hunters are green are an added bonus for the holidays. A little festive? Of course. But if that tee didn’t say ‘Christmas’ you had better believe I would be rocking this outfit well into February! I also threw on a gold layered necklaceI recently received from Newchic too. Some bloggers make layering jewelry look effortless, but I haven’t gotten the knack of it quite yet. If I can get an inexpensive necklace to do all the work for me I am all for it!
