I have tried this dress from Tulip Boutique onits own, with chambray, and dressed it up, so I wanted to think of an outfit or two with another layer over top for warmth. It’s impossible to dress too warmly during winter in Wisconsin (well at least that’s never been the case for me). A few weeks ago I saw Brynn wear her burgundy dress with a navy scarf and I really wanted to try it out. Add a vest and booties and I have another burgundy dress look! The rich colors of the dress, scarf, and tights compliment each other so nicely. Have you checked out all the cute clothing from Tulip yet?
