I love it when my nails are done. Even with lounge clothes on, I feel more dressed up. It’s too bad I am so hard on my nails that they typically chip within a day. With all the washing, diapers, working, and playing, it just isn’t worth spending the time and money to have them smudge and chip sometimes in a couple hours!
I heard about Jamberry nail wraps about a year ago when another blogger did a review on them. I was really interested and they seemed amazing. Then life happened and I never got around to ordering them.
So of course I was thrilled when Elizabeth, a Jamberry consultant, contacted me to review them! I chose the Orchid Bouquet and I’ve had them on for 4 days so far. They took me about 30 minutes to apply, but I am sure the next time will be much faster. There are tons of tutorials for application methods all over the internet and it was pretty easy to figure out. I just used my hairdryer to set them. What I love is that there is no waiting for nails to dry, no chipping, you can fix your mess ups and if they start to come off on the edges when you have them on you can easily touch them up! I’ve tried shellac before and I would say this is much better. It lasts about the same amount of time. However these are cuter with all the prints and colors, they are nontoxic, much easier to remove than shellac, and more economical! There is even a Buy 3 get 1 Free promo going on right now. You can get 2-3 manicures from 1 sheet! I’m thinking about this, this, this, and this one! They even have some adorable nautical inspired ones for summer and special prints and sizes for little ones.
Jamberry also has opportunities for becoming a personal consultant yourself if you are interested in earning some extra cash on the side. You can visit Elizabeth’s site for more details (here). There are also options to host a facebook party with hostess rewards and potentially some free products (info here)!
